Refund & Cancellation

- No refund or returns on any purchase unless there is a manufacturing fault/defect or damage caused in transportation.

- Any problems need to be conveyed to us on help@premiumbionaturals.com or +919999502228 within 24 hours of receiving the product and will be dealt with accordingly.

- Refunds will be initiated after we receive the product and conduct an inspection, which could take up to 7 days. Refunds will reflect in your bank account in 3-7 working days depending on your bank and mode of payment. You will be notified via email accordingly.
